AM-2 mile shakeout run with Josh once I woke up.
PM-BYU Indoor Race. Not gonna lie, didn't feel the best after 4-5 laps. I seriously wanted to drop out with 3 laps to go. I survived though and did ok. Hope to do much better in the future. No excuses, just gotta train harder I guess. IT band felt a little sore during the long cool down with Josh. Tomorrow's rest is definitely needed.
