So I haven't posted in a while since I've had a tendonitis problem for the past 5-6 weeks. I'm gonna start posting my cross training workouts for the time being and hopefully I get healthy again soon. I cross train 2 hr a day (goal), 7 min of stretching and core 4x a week for 15 min. I also am going to do leg strengthening exercises 5 min a day so when I'm healthy, my achilles continues to stay strong. I'll be back in no time.
NOTE: Today I'm taking after since I've had been sleep for about 2 weeks and yesterday on the ultra g didn't go to well. Tomorrow I'll be back at it.
