| AM - 3 miles in the morning. My right leg felt like trash so I'm gonna ice and take it real easy this afternoon. I think I'll be ok.
PM - 4 miles in the afternoon on trails. Incredibly hilly and hot, but my legs felt better. Tomorrow will be nice and chill for sure.

| AM - 2 mile tempo run in between the 6 miles. Paces were 5:50 and 5:27 (the first one was hilly). Felt alright. Need to continue the training because I'm starting to get more fit. I wasn't dead at the end, but it wasn't easy (75% max effort).

| AM - 4.4 mil trail run in the morning. I was gonna go 5 but the trail got crazy so I had to turn back. Still trying to figure out the trails. The trail wasn't as hilly as last time (or hot!!) so I felt a lot better.
