AM - 7 miles in the morning with a one mile tempo at 5:45. Either my watch was off or I was just groggy in the morning because that just doesn't seem right. Anyway, felt good for the most part.
PM - 5 miles in the afternoon at a comfortable pace. Did Core and lifting today. Felt pretty good. Tomorrow should be good. I'll probably train in the evening though when it is a bit cooler.
