AM - Doing the 1000 pull-up challenge. Will update the blog when I'm done. Doing 5 a minute so it should take 3 hr and 20 min.
Update: 400 in. 600 to go.
PM - Finished the challange. My forearms and triceps are destroyed and probably will be for another good couple of days. Now time to cut weight and get back to running.
