AM - Easy 11 miles in the morning. I don't think I went that fast, but not too important. Just got the miles in. Not gonna lie, recently I've been slacking in my diet, recovery, and overall care for the training. Today I've decided to start giving 110% towards my goals because if I continued this way, I'd never reach them. Today is a day to rededicate myself to my goals and start thinking more about my progression as an athlete and trying to be a healthy human being. Enough said.
