PM - 2hr 15 min ride. It was a workout in springville (hobblecreek). Workout was 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10. 4 min easy rest in between each interval. Now time for some good rest tomorrow and Thursday. Still trying to figure things with training, but I'll figure it out by the end of the week.
