So I think I'm back for sure now. I took off a little over a month. I literally have not done any cardio besides walking so coming back will be interesting. Starting up again I'm going to start with 7 min runs and add a minute a day. It sounds incredibly slow, but I'm not going to take any chances. Since I have been lifting a lot recently, I need to stop and slim back down to my runner body. I'm sure that will happen pretty soon. I'll be making some adjustmentx to my training in the future so hopefully I can have some great results.
