AM - 4.4 mil trail run in the morning. I was gonna go 5 but the trail got crazy so I had to turn back. Still trying to figure out the trails. The trail wasn't as hilly as last time (or hot!!) so I felt a lot better.
AM - Easy run in longview along the lake. Not gonna lie, my leg didn't feel the best. I;m not gonna run for the rest of the week so I can give my legs some rest. All I've been doing this week has been building.
