AM - Easy run in the morning after a little tweak last Friday. Felt better today. I was supposed to go 4, but got lazy and just did a bit less since I didn't want to add on.
AM - 10 mile run in the morning followed by core and lifting at VASA. I felt pretty good. Shin was little sore after the run, but nothing too serious. Great to finally feel like I'm putting in some work.
