AM - 6 miles easy. Felt good.
AM - 6 miles easy again. Did core and lifted. Worked the shoulders.
AM - 5 mile run with one of them being a 5:24 pace tempo pace. I ran way harder than necessary, but because of last time going too slow I went harder than normal. At least I felt good.
AM - 6 miles in the morning easy. No core or lifting since I didn't have time (flying home).
AM - 4 mile easy run at home. Super humid, but went fast.
AM - 8 miles easy in the morning. Felt a bit tired from the lifting, core, and lack of sleep. Went easier because of it.
